Hit or miss. Does not prioritize Customer Service and like most Dinkins has inconsistent product quality. The apathetic employees are a reflection of a weak management team. They have a monopoly over the plaza for coffee and hot Grab-and-Go meals, so overall quality is not likely to improve.

Erica and crystal are the best!!! They make the coffee and food perfect . Always with a big smile. Love them!

on the dirty side. Tables are always a mess and the floors tend to be sticky
